Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the Deus Ex Machina garment tags and labels are intact.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Processing & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
